Marc's transfer paperwork is in Washington D.C., and he has 432 days left on his prison sentence. With approval of the transfer back to Canada, his time could be cut by 6 months, so we all are hoping for the best. Marc's blog about his prison band Yazoo got an article in the Vancouver Metro newspaper – see it here: http://metronews.ca/news/vancouver/65…
Jodie also hit the papers with her letter to the editor having been published in both of our major newspapers in BC, The Vancouver Sun and The Province. The letter was in response to an article about police and "drug impaired driving", and Jodie's explanation about how impairment is proven by performance. She reads the letter to us.
There's so much is happening with Jodie's election campaign, running in the British Columbia provincial election, as the BC Green Party candidate in Vancouver-West End. We all went out to hold up signs today (and many days!) and Jodie's been taking part in events and debates and media interviews. You can see all of that and more at her web page http://www.JodieForMLA.ca
