The Jodie Emery Show – September 27, 2012

submitted by on October 7, 2012

Jodie shares more photos she received of her and Marc, as Marc now has 649 days left on his prison sentence. Jodie was featured in a Metro newspaper article and interviewed on radio about the Union of BC Municipalities supporting the decriminalization of cannabis.

Our trip to Victoria to cover the Sensible BC public forum on cannabis policy was a great success, with a panel of speakers that included Kirk Tousaw – precedent-setting cannabis defence lawyer, John Ranns – Mayor, City of Metchosin, David Bratzer – President of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition Canada, Dr. Evan Wood – founder of Stop the Violence BC, Nicholas Simons – NDP MLA Powell River — Sunshine Coast and host Philippe Lucas – Centre for Addictions Research of BC and former Victoria City Counsellor. Video of the entire event can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/pottvnetwork – watch the playlist here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNCgT-5hF_clbwKJEc0ENq7hyUosSTwBK
